- Provide deep insights to support HR and business objectives. Design and implement data-driven solutions enhancing employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Drive HR digitization projects across the group. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs, gaps and deliver solutions driven by data analysis and modelling.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for HR and business functions.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key HR and business outcomes.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, retention, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to HR leaders and business stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Provide strategic support to the CHRO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.
- 2-3 yrs experience, MBA in HR, preferably from Tier 1 institutions
- Hands-on experience in people/HR analytics
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting
- Relevant academic proficiency in HR/OB/Psychology.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools(Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
