Job Description :

- Owning key hiring requisitions and fulfilling the open positions.

- Sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews.

- Exploring the market best practices and using appropriate technology solutions for smooth and speedy functioning of day-to-day requirements of recruitment function

- Responsible for following up with candidates, salary negotiation and background verification.

- Ensuring usage of updated job descriptions at all times.

- Providing regular management reports and metrics on overall recruitment functions.
