- Experience in managing TA Projects with focus on process, compliance & governance

- Partner Management globally

- Building strong eco-system to support business needs, e.g. Partner Eco System, Campus Hiring, Innovative Hiring Solutions for Business

- Ability to drive accountability on process & policies of TA globally

- Network with business & have the visibility of future focus on TA Delivery

- Pulse on Business ICSAT

- Focus on Quality of Delivery from TA Side

- Experience in Market Intel work (Work on various Geo's for Market intel as per skills; Mapping)

- Focus on Innovative ways to hire for Inclusion Initiatives

- Experience in managing large TA Projects
