Role - Manager - Talent Acquisition ( IT / Consulting Setup)
Location - Mumbai
Please note this is a specific requirement which requires the following :
- Minimum 9 years of HR experience and no more than 13 years in IT Recruitment's ( prefer candidate with experience into Recruitment of ERP Professionals) post PG in HR
- Should have led ramp ups for IT companies
- Experience of working with MNCs either IT or IT Consulting companies
- Led large resourcing teams and well versed with latest resourcing strategies
