Role : Manager - Talent Acquisition ( Technical Hiring) - Technology Setup ( 5 to 8 Yrs exp)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Technical Recruitment) / Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead the Technical Hiring for the Organisation & will be responsible for the entire TA Function End to End ( From Manpower Planning to Budgeting to Hiring & Onboarding). The Individual will also be responsible for Implementing the Application Tracking System ( ATS)
Key Responsibilities :
- Build the Entire Manpower Plan For India Operations post discussion with the Leadership Team & Head HR
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for technical hiring
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Ideate and implement hiring process, assessment process, interview feedback mechanisms etc. and take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Identify and develop hiring sources and manage recruiting partners
- Implement the Application Tracking System ( ATS) for the Organisation
- Will be involved in understanding the Recruitment Process & then building the same in ATS
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Identify new/updated tools of recruitment as per the changing business needs and periodic review to ensure suitability and relevance
- To excel as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
Preferred Candidate :
- MBA / Post Graduate in HR ( Full Time Course Only) or relevant field with 5-8 years of experience
- Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist ( Technical Recruitment)
- Experience in full-cycle from Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Recruiting, Sourcing, Employment branding & On-boarding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Experience in Managing Senior Level Leaders
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles and requirements of dross functional hiring managers
- Implemented Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator
