We are looking for TA- Manager for our client which is a Global Tech Startup currently operating in US, India, Singapore, and Berlin.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers, and ensuring hiring quality and metrics are maintained.

Responsibilities :

- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles

- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers

- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end

- Create and publish job ads in various portals

- Sourcing and Screening of applications

- Working with hiring managers on the interview plan and process

- Advisory to business leaders on best practices in hiring relevant to their units

- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)

- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire

- Host and participate in job fairs (Virtual and physical)

- Host Ideathon and Hackathons for tech hirings

- Be a candidate advocate for the business

- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Technical Recruiter or similar role

- Experienced professional : 4 to 7 years

- Good to have experience in Startups, agencies scaling startups

- Hands-on experience with the using job board

- Hands on experience in using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow for hiring

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday etc)

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Hands on experience in creating dashboards for hiring updates

- Good written and verbal communications skills

- Team player

- Any graduate with smart hiring experience.
