Currently we are looking for a "Talent Acquistion Manager - Tech Hiring" for a leading pharmaceutical MNC.
Job Location: Chennai
Responsibilities :
1. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
2. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
3. Lead employment branding initiatives
4. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
6. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
7. Assist in employee retention and development
8. Supervise recruiting personnel
9. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
10. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Requirements and skills :
1. Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
3. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
4. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
5. Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
6. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
7. Excellent communicator
8. Well-organized
9. A leader and strategic thinker
10. Must have proven experience in Tech hirings ( leadership mainly)
