Roles and Responsibilities :
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and manpower objectives.
- Builds applicant sources by researching.
- Prepares JD for all positions after taking inputs from the hiring manager.
- Evaluates applicants as per the JD and reaches out to relevant candidates.
- Maintains optimum TAT and offer/joining ratio.
- Ensures the quality of hires are of organizational standard
Required Skills :
- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment (Both Tech exposure must, start-up experience will be an added advantage)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
