As a recruiter in a dynamic startup environment, your primary focus will be to strategize and implement effective talent acquisition processes. You'll play a crucial role in identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, and establishing best practices to build a robust team that aligns with our growth objectives.
What you will do:
- Talent Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the entire recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless flow from candidate sourcing to hiring. This includes identifying and attracting top talent, managing initial assessments, and coordinating subsequent interview stages.
- Efficient Role Closure: Take charge of closing roles within specified timelines, actively monitoring progress and implementing strategies to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes to increase efficiency, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
You should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, predominantly in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of building teams and setting efficient recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Expectations in Week 1:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's culture, values, and current team structure.
- Review existing recruitment processes and tools, identifying immediate areas for improvement.
- Organize the hiring needs of the team to then be able to build a hiring plan
Expectations in Month 1:
- Set up sourcing channels and pipelines for the top openings
- Show early signs of setting a strong recruitment pipeline
- Provide insights and suggestions to optimize recruitment channels and techniques
Expectations till Month 6:
- Establish a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Demonstrate improvements in the recruitment cycle time and candidate quality
- Make hiring capability one of company's Strengths
- Successfully onboard key hires and contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture
