Description :
In this role, you will manage a team of recruiters to :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technology and roles across the organization
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for assigned requisitions
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in employer branding activities, including career fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting initiatives
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Coach and mentor junior members of the recruitment team to support their development and growth
Profile :
- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition focused on technology recruitment is a MUST
- Experience managing a team is a MUST
- Prior experience working with Technology MNCs and Product Startups is highly preferred
