Talent Acquisition :
- Responsible for Manpower planning, complete lifecycle of Recruitment & Selection.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, Data Analytics and strong Data Management
- Preparation of Job Description & KRA with Collaboration with Managers.
- Job Posting, shortlisting, and screening of candidates.
- Strong Negotiation skills and vendor management
- Prepare Recruitment Dashboards as per Stakeholder's requirements.
- Facilitate Onboarding/Induction
Performance Management :
- Formulating Performance Development Plans and consolidating and delivering feedback, reports, and analysis and regular training around the goal setting and the process
- Succession planning.
- Facilitating annual appraisal processes, process communication, and guidance.
- Assist in Annual Compensation Review and Annual Incentive Plan.
Exit Management :
- Responsible for Exit Management System in the company to formalize the separation process.
Attrition and Retention :
- Overseeing resource management based on the group's Business Plan. Planning and executing the skill plan through internal and external options available.
- Attrition Analysis at Project Level and identify effective ways to retain key performers.
Employee Management :
- Administration of all contract employees.
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
HR Business Partner :
- Building and executing the reward and recognition initiatives.
- Employee Grievance handling.
- Formulating Goal Sheets in line with Business objectives.
- Launched initiatives under open communication, employee recognition, employee satisfaction surveys & feedback programs.
- Promote performance-driven culture via regular one-on-one meetings.
Payroll Management :
- Monthly Salary Processing.
- Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance like EPF, ESIC and LWF calculations
- Implementing the compensation review process.
