About the Organisation

Lead School is a social enterprise based in Mumbai which aims to empower India by making excellent education, Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.

Position Summary

1. The Manager, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in enabling strong work culture at Lead Schools. 


2. He /She will use data, research and analytical insights to both build new and improve existing Career Development as well as

3. Learning and Talent Management Programs to improve and streamline staff processes. This would include working with internal clients to design and execute talent-related experiments, launch and analyze surveys to help us improve People Operations processes and solve HR- related challenges creatively.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Satisfaction

1. The Manager will gather a deep understanding of the current framework and continue to refine it by analyzing trends and staff voice to enable employee happiness and satisfaction.

2. Redesign and Implement end to end Talent processes from Onboarding to Exit.

3. Create and implement a talent acquisition pipeline to ensure strong and timely talent hiring keeping future growth prospects in mind.

4. Working with external stakeholders and external agencies and creating stronger systems for hiring and onboarding.

Learning and Analytics:

1. Design and Implement surveys that analyze staff effectiveness and improve staff engagement and retention

2. Drive talent programs towards staff well-being and engagement

3. Work closely with the Technology team to automate processes and enhance staff experience as well as the efficiency of the team

Staff Culture

1. Design and implement initiatives that drive culture and core values that Lead Schools holds sacred

2. Lead internal HR Communication

3. Build strong relationships with the Regional HR teams to standardize the non- negotiable elements of culture

4. Build a structure which makes Lead Schools a happy place to work.
