Job Description :
1. Introduce initiatives and continually improve recruitment policy, process and practices across all territories, partnering with regional HRBPs and process owners to harmonize talent acquisition approaches and introduce best practices and game-changing approaches to establish PNB MetLife as Employer of Choice
2. Operationalize talent acquisition strategy, displaying strong project management skills and an ability to deliver to a plan on time, on budget and to effectively leverage resources available.
3. Introduce / manage hiring assessment tools for selection across level in sales
4. Use of technology / digitization and social media platforms to promote employer brand, sourcing talent & improving selection TAT
5. Monitor and ensure sales hiring happens within agreed source mix
6. Manage Train-Hire-Deploy model for the organization
7. Explore nontraditional sources of hiring
8. Launch & manage Internal Sourcing Team
9. Effective implementation of ATS within the organization
10. Introduce cost effective initiatives to reduce the cost of sourcing
11. Publish analytical reports around talent acquisition initiatives and impacts
12. Evaluate practices among competitors and Industry to improve talent acquisition policies & practices
13. Introduce effective vendor management process including engagement & R&R programs
14. Driving employee referral program and ensure effectiveness
