Manager Talent Acquisition to be based at Gurgaon
MBA-HR with 6 to 12 yrs experience in TA in Steel manufacturing industry.
1. Handle the talent acquisition process for the group (starting from sourcing to onboarding).
2. Liaise with the CEOs / COOs / MDs of the group companies on talent requirements and drive the process to meet the objectives.
3. Manage the sourcing channels effectively to source and identify the right talent and convert it into onboarding.
4. Should sustain or redefine the talent acquisition process and implement them for a successful outcome.
5. Manage the recruitment database and communicate to the stakeholders on the progress.
6. Ability to forecast resource requirements and create a funnel.
7. Ability to create "candidate database" for various trades and professions.
8. Knowledge of visa/travel process - will be an added advantage.
Minimum expectations :
1. Should have handled technical / non-technical requirements.
2. Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing industries.
3. Excellent skills in English language (both written and verbal)
4. Exposure to overseas recruitments - will be an advantage.
