- You will be a part of the core team working with the founders & leadership team to build teams across business lines. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with experience in building sales & tech teams in rapid scaling organizations.
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will:
- Own recruitment delivery and operations.
- Partner department leaders to assess immediate & future hiring requirements to define hiring roadmap
- Use previous experience/network in sourcing best technical & business talent; and also work with external consultants/organisations to efficiently fulfil hiring requirements
- Have end-to-end ownership of talent acquisition process - screening calls, scheduling interviews, conducting HR interviews, offer rollout & onboarding
- Assist leadership in projecting staff & talent acquisition cost based on hiring roadmap
- Work closely with leadership team to define employer branding strategies in line with our vision and hiring plan & lead related initiatives
Here's what we're looking for:
- 6-10 year experience in TA, with at least 2 years in rapidly scaling organizations; Experience in Indian SaaS startups preferred (not mandatory)
- Hiring experience on field sales, inside sales & tech/product teams
- Experience in recruiting mid & senior level hiring
- Experience in complete recruitment cycle - hiring road mapping, recruiting, onboarding &
employer branding etc.
- Well organized and excellent communicator
- Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with brands and colleagues at all levels.
