The Manager Talent Acquisition shall provide leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring quality of Recruitment for mid-level roles in the organization. Fostering an environment where competent and committed people are on-boarded leading to building performance culture across the organization
Roles and responsibilities :
- Independently handle recruitment for Mid management level, with the highest level of efficiency
- Institutionalizing the right selection process across the organization
- Build a database / pipeline of good quality talent for mid level roles
- Manage recruitment consultants to provide support when recruitment demands are high or to meet specialized recruitment needs
- Leverage both internal and external sourcing strategy for mid level role
- Ensure that there is sufficient focus to source through the employee referral program and social media channels
- Create an efficient and engaging on-boarding program for the new hires
Skills required for the role :
- Proven track record of hiring for key skills and diverse skills, including diversity profiles
- Aptitude to recruit for a broad range of skills within the domain
- Sound knowledge of leveraging social media and networking sites to attract and engage passive job seekers
- Good understanding of various tools and technologies used in talent acquisition
- Strategic thinker, problem solving / solution mind set
- Strong data analytics capability, including presentation skills
- Excellent MS office - Excel skills is very important
Qualification and experience :
- Post graduate MBA
- Overall experience of 8 to 10 years with at least 3 to 4 years in lateral hiring
- Managing stakeholders directly
- Preference shall be given to prior experience in the financial operations industry
