Job purpose:
- It's a group level position. Support hiring of Senior level resources in all group companies.
- Responsible for discovering talent, building a strong employment brand and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees spread PAN India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify organisation's current staffing needs and produce forecast
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment & selection process (candidate screening to offer generation) and ensure that the open positions are closed within the given TAT
- Shortlist best fit talent through various sources of recruitment and networking based on relevant experience, behavioural, functional & financial aspects
- Conduct HR screening & ensure release of offers as per TAT on the quality parameters & fitment of the position
- Negotiate best offer to the selected candidates considering the fitment criteria and budget allotted
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Ensure pre-joining formalities through team
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise and direct the recruitment team and guide them whenever required
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Identification of new vendors, agreement preparation & renewal of the same, coordination with them to expedite the hiring process & release their payment on time as per agreement clause.
