Role Overview:

- As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Entigrity, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber tax, accounting, and audit professionals for our clients.

- You will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to drive recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in recruitment, particularly within the US tax and accounting sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the US tax, accounting, and audit professions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications.

- Utilize industry-specific job boards, networks, and other resources to source top talent.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.

- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural fit for client organizations.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.

Market Insights and Reporting:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Client and Candidate Relationship Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

- Foster long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and enhance recruitment strategies.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

- Lead and mentor junior recruiters and support staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

- Collaborate with other departments to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

Experience:


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for US tax, accounting, and audit professionals.

Industry Knowledge:


- Deep understanding of the tax, accounting, and audit sectors, including key skills, certifications, and market trends.

Skills:


- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills; proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
