Job Responsibilities:
- Define the internal external recruitment strategy
- Deliver on the strategy and manage the end to end recruitment processes
- Research and study innovative sourcing strategies, develop new methods to increase overall candidate pipeline
- Elevating the resources to keep recruiting costs within a budget
- Design and implement an effective campus/ university hiring strategy for the region
- Manage relationships with existing outsourced service providers
Desired Competencies:
- MBA / Master degree
- Experience in financial research, software development industry
- Hands-on experience of any HRMS package
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
