Designation : Manager Talent Acquisition
Provide support to Talent Sourcing function to meet all talent requirements across the organization and ensure adequate supply of human capital of the right quality and at the right time for operational efficiency.
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility
1. Assist in designing the organizational level talent sourcing plan, strategies, processes and budgets for lateral and internal hiring, to ensure availability of desired talent to fill vacancies in the organization
2.Provide support to the process of hiring for special roles and top leaders of the organization to ensure a strong pipeline of key decision makers
3.Implement the sourcing strategy and plan for filling vacancies through internal hiring, employee mobility within group companies and Employee referral program
4.Provide support to designing creative and innovative employer branding strategies to attract the best of talent
5.Assist in building in-house knowledge and expertise of niche talent markets to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality talent at the BU while maintaining diversity of talent
