This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Talent Acquisition located in Pune. The Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting.Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills.

- Experience in employer branding and conducting interviews.

- Ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team of recruiters.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

- Experience in the recruitment process outsourcing industry is a plus.
