Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters responsible for all hiring across functions and job level
- Plan and implement Talent attraction and branding strategies across existing and new channels
- Identify and develop partners to help expedite key hiring/niche positions.
- Plan and implement campus hiring strategies based on current and future positions.
- Be updated on market trends with regards to competitors and best practices
- Set dashboards capturing all key recruitment metrics- Quantitative and Qualitative.
