Manager - Talent Acquisition - Retail

To drive the Talent Acquisition initiatives of the Company across all businesses.

- Formulate Recruitment and Selection Processes for all business verticals including Sales, Marketing, Retail and Manufacturing and ensure deployment of the same through the Business Partner organization.

- Drive the Campus Recruitment and Engagement of the Company at Management Schools, Engineering Colleges, ICAI, Design Schools etc.

- Brand building across all Institutes to ensure a robust presence in all the above Campuses.

- Ensure on-boarding of all fresh Campus hires in the Company.

- Responsible for formulating a robust induction and on-boarding process for all fresh hires in the Company.

- Responsible for all Senior Leadership Hiring in the Company.

- Manage all channels of Talent Acquisition – portals, social media, Group HR portals and Internal Mobility processes.
