Job Specifications:

- To lead recruitment function at Corporate office for lateral hiring

- Stakeholder management - Business leaders, vendors and recruitment partners

- To look out new ways of sourcing and to reduce overall recruitment cost and to improve TATs

- To develop and engage recruitment team

- To partner with business in hiring requirements - to understand their requirements, find flaws and work on a practical solution

- To liaison with Comp & Benefits team for offer closure, to partner with HR BPs for quick closure of positions

Ideal profile:

- Process oriented guy

- Experience in handling recruitment function with a company

- Experience of handling at least 2 member team

- Should know Social media and develop recruitment strategy through social media

Education Pedigree: MBA
