Role : - Manager - Talent Acquisition /Recruitment/Volume Hiring - BPO/ITeS (8-10 yrs)

Location :- Mumbai ( Thane)

Job Description :

- The Recruitment Manager / Lead is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions. The Lead has ownership of the end to end recruiting process for a medium-to large sized recruiting demand plan or shares the ownership of a large recruiting demand plan.

- The Recruitment Manager / Lead acts as the key point of contact with hiring managers and candidates, including HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process. Whilst continuing to provide guidance and leadership to a team of members. The Recruitment Lead will also be required to work closely with the offshore team & suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment team (Management Recruitment Specialists & Recruitment Administrators size depending on geographical coverage)

- Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery

- Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility

- Responsible for a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports

- Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate

- Review performance of existing sourcing channels

- Screen applications and select candidates

- Conduct competency/behavioral based telephone interviews to all external candidates

- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required

- Coordinate pre-employment checks for external candidates as required

- Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy

- Responsible for post offer management

- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns

Suitable Candidate :

- PG with 7 to 10 yrs of experience into Recruitment ( BPO / ITeS Front Line Hiring)

- Should have managed a Team of 3 to 5 Recruiters

- Willing to Travel for Hiring

- Exposure to Bulk Hiring for Different kind of Processes / Operations / Functions

Salary Offered: 12 - 16 LPA
