Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) firm. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, possess exceptional sourcing skills, and be able to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending employment offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners to support hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain effective employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice within the FMCG industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment, recommending improvements to optimize the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree/P.G in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, including market trends, competitors, and talent availability.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
