We are looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) for our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Expertise in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
- Experience in delivery, Client Interaction, and Team Handling.
- Should have very good experience in Permanent Recruitment.
- Should have prior experience in handling Clients preferably in Real Estate, BFSI, Research & IT.
- Responsible for total teams sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking
- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery
- Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters
- Keep the team motivated for superior results
- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
- Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
- Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets
- Experience in handling multiple clients escalations/issues.
- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
- Must have Hands-on experience in Market research to generate new leads
- Plan Team Training
- Meeting clients to ensure regular business generated
- Work with Stakeholders to manage P&L
- Work with other managers & Business Development team.
