Urgently looking for an experienced Recruitment professional having 5-10 years of experience on IT/NON-IT hirings
Experience : 5-10 yrs
Location : Pune
- Responsible for design and implementation of recruitment strategy
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Managing recruitment process and life-cycle
- Identify & develop effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring
- In time and cost effective hiring
- Responsible for creating hiring competencies to cater to business requirement
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources
- Manage ongoing candidate relationship, all through the hiring life cycle
- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proven recruitment experience in an eCommerce company / successful eCommerce startup is a plus
- The role will be Individual Contributor role
