Manager - Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)
- Responsible for recruitment of FTC as well as Regular workforce for Pan India, providing quality talent with a continuous focus on building a talent pool for the future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement the recruitment strategy for the region and ensure consistency in the same Manage and motivate the team members to be productive and deliver results as per the business needs
- Ensure implementation of Resource Planning tool (RPT) across all sites in the region
- Identify bottle necks and develop action plans in collaboration with business to deliver results within TAT Develop and implement novel ideas to build pipeline of people for key and critical categories and have a talent pool ready during mass outage of people or during any other exigencies
- Build a repository of profiles for niche positions within different business segments, by exploring different avenues of sourcing
- Gather market intelligence and maintain data to further strategize and tap suitable talent
- Scoping and validating manpower cost by gathering market data, during the bid stage of new site mobilization
- Prepare appropriate strategies for campus recruitment by coordinating and maintaining relationships with Principals placement officers department heads, alumni and staff of various colleges universities
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with team to track progress and put action plans for better result delivery Develop and promote sourcing strategies in line with the diversity and inclusion policy of the organization
- Ensure effective management of all new joiner documentation and onboarding process
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all national and state regulations.
Qualification And Experience :
1. Experience of 5-7 years in Recruiting Bulk / Volume/ Mass hiring. Proven reporting and recruiting analytics experience, including an ability to leverage and interpret data to inform recruiting strategy
2. Ability to collaborate with different business functions, have a Business acumen for recruiting, including the ability to understand how the position S/He is recruiting for fits into the business and department
3. Understanding of assessments and tools
4. Adept at workforce planning, forecasting and developing talent pipeline strategies
5. Needs to be a strategic thinker with high resilience to work in a competitive and rapidly changing environment. An exceptional communicator who inspires confidence, builds relationships readily, and is able to influence in a consultative manner
6. Needs to be innovative and proactive in his approach
