Role Definition
Human Resource Executive is a person who is responsible for managing employee life cycle which encompasses talent acquisition, onboarding, performance mgmt, employee engagement, conflict resolution and HR operations. With 2 - 3 years of Experience relevant to the below
Responsibility Deliverable

Tasks & Activities:
1. Performance management: Create and implement a performance management system with stakeholders.
2. Employee Engagement: Introduce new culture, ethics and value system, program to build morale and increase productivity and retention
3. Conflict Resolution: Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances like investigating misconduct, pilferage, sexual harassment cases and emphasize on employee connect
4. HR Operations: Manage entire employee lifecycle -Create seamless onboarding, conduct exit interview, review statutory compliances, implement new HRMS system for attendance, payroll and update employee documents.
Work process: 6 Days work week. Work from office (North Bangalore)
