Manager (Talent Acquisition)
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including interview, salary recommendations and negotiations, and close candidates in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate consultative, subject-matter expertise in talent acquisition
- Use your expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate top talent across all functional groups
- Proactively seek out hiring managers and candidates with superior follow through skills to enhance their respective experiences and relationships
- Utilize innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques. This includes cold calling, screening, and qualifying prospective candidates
- Manage candidates through entire recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a positive experience as well as appropriate legal and compliant employment processes
- Manage communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout entire hiring process
- Manage Applicant Tracking System including all changes, updates, and reporting
- Build brand awareness and interest throughout the India region
- Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process Knowledge and adherence to appropriate legal and compliant employment processes
Qualification And Experience:
i. MBA in HR with 6-8 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition
ii. Candidate Must be passionate and self-motivated
iii. Support both technical and non-technical business units.
iv. You will have a strong understanding of the market, a proven track record of success recruiting passive and active candidates and partnering with hiring management to define roles and implement successful hiring strategies.
v. This role will include full lifecycle recruiting along with building strong relationships with hiring managers and the candidate community at large.
