Manager (Talent Acquisition & Plant HR Operations)

Qualification And Experience:
- MBA HR with 7-10 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Plant) is a must.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with performance management and appraisal systems.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Experience with training and development programs.
