We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in Pharmaceutical business.
Position : Manager Talent Acquisition
Location of the position : Mumbai
Experience : 4+ years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in Mid to Senior level leadership hiring, experience in campus recruitment will be preferable. Experience on Recruitment SLAs, Agency Hiring and Contract Hiring models.
Education : MBA preferably from Tier 1 B-Schools.
Reporting to: GM Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Research & Project Management
- Leadership Recruitment: Carry out comprehensive and effective research for Senior/ Leadership positions (both India and International positions)
- Briefing & assessing the candidate for the role, hand-holding them throughout the process
- Responding to candidate queries and supporting them to deliver best in class candidate experience
Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence:
- Conduct research on Leadership profiles and carry out comprehensive and effective desk-based research for all assignments.
- Ensure Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence for critical positions
Recruitment Data Management & Analytics: Time to hire, Yield, Costing, Efficiency Ratios, Fill Rate etc.
Support Campus Engagement: Supporting campus recruitment plan.
