- Managing end to end lateral recruitment process involved in Sourcing, Screening and Selection until there point of on-boarding.
- Partnering with Business units in managing and supporting all manpower requirements; across departments as per the guidelines.
- Interviewing candidates as per job description and preparing a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Holding regularly scheduled calls during recruitment to review candidate pipelines, market insights, and obtain candidate feedback.
- Preparing market map and sourcing of candidates for leadership and critical positions.
- Ensuring 100% compliance across all organizational processes and guidelines catering to RMS and Talent Acquisition process.
- Driving the social media hiring (LinkedIn) and ensuring constant engagement with prospective talent present across various platforms.
- Identifying and empaneling recruitment vendors and job portals and effectively working with them to close vacancies within time.
