Manager - Talent Acquisition - Payment Bank

Looking for Talent Acquisition professional with minimum 6 years of experience for a leading payment bank in Navi Mumbai location.

- IC role

- Manage recruitment process efficiently and effectively, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective.

- Banking industry experience is mandatory

- Should possess great communication skills.

- Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies

- Prepare and share regular MIS / Dashboards / Analytics

- Manage the recruitment partners - Selection, engagement, cost and delivery management.

- Any experience in Technical recruitment will be an added advantage
