Job Purpose: As a Manager-TA, you will be an individual contributor responsible for leading and managing the Talent Acquisition function within the HR domain. You will play a critical role in driving E2E Recruitment, HR processes, and providing insights to support strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and determine employee needs
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan employee referral programs
- Use strategies, Recruitment portals to screen the qualified & relevant profiles.
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
- Create, maintain and present Hiring trackers on a daily basis.
Other Job Specification:
- Interaction with departments to know the grievances or any other engagement for problem resolving.
- Take responsibilities for Employee engagement on regular intervals.
Job Competence (Skills):
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Exposure to working on ERP Systems (Preferred).
