BNC is hiring employee experience professionals for shared services set up for Gurgaon location
1. Managing TA activities for Support functions- IT, Legal, HR , Finance
2. Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities for new joiners including coordination for medical health checkup, accommodation and conveyance for new joiners, documentation and sharing of payroll data for new joiners, employee profile creation in SF, coordination with hiring leaders for assets and email ID creation, welcome email roll out
3. Maintain touchpoints with the new joiners from the date of offer to the joining date; educate them about the organization and identify red flags if any
4. Ensuring creation and roll out of appointment letters in a timely manner
5. Induction for the new joiners
6. Capturing employee experience- 30/60/90 days
7. Analyze areas of improvement in existing processes to improve employee experience
8. Support the ATG Lead in other initiatives pertaining to roll out of employee related campaigns
9. Support in employee engagement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA- HR with 4-5 years in HR service delivery for shared services
