GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

- Scheduling interviews in consultation with line manager
- Offer the candidate in consultation with C&B lead for internal parity
- Sourcing CV through Job portals such as Naukri and other hiring portals
- Screening of CV as per JD
- Conducting first round of telephonic interviews
- Preparing a talent pool for critical position
- Maintaining the ratio of Internal vs. External hiring at a reasonable level
- Connecting professionals through networking sites such LinkedIn
- Focusing on key recruitment for pre-opening sites
- Keeping track of and recording all recruitment activities going in India
- Junior level Position-30 days
- Middle Management Position-60 days
- Preparing offer packages/ if applicable in alignment with C&B Lead.
- Preparing and accompanying the induction process of new employees.
- Serving as first point of contact to all employees recently hired.
