We are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition with an MNC Brand
- In addition, the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems, and tools; delivering an excellent candidate experience; and contributing to the representation of the employer's brand and culture.
- This position reports to the People Director and works in partnership with local and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Driving and developing the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide access to top-tier applicants
- Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring process
- Providing critical Talent Acquisition metrics and management information in order to make data-driven decisions
- Identifying gaps and driving improvements across metrics including diversity numbers, Time to Fill, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Cost Per Hire, and Quality of Hire
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. You will deploy, according to the brand's values and policies, relevant local communications to increase our local visibility in the market.
- Plan employee referral programs
- Strong understanding and experience in Campus Hiring
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet the hiring needs of their respective verticals.
- Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors, (i.e. external recruiters) associated with recruitment; ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved
Requirements:
- Passionate about hiring and recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree required, Postgraduate preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques in a corporate or staffing environment for an established organization and HR department
- Experience developing interview guides preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems ; Smart Recruiters a plus
- Behavioral , based interviewing
- Must have the ability to navigate and deploy different selection methods (referrals, social media hiring, etc.) and prefer experience with direct sourcing of resumes from employment websites (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Experience in Sales hiring for sales roles.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the business's success

- Good time-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator with solid business and compensation acumen
