Job Title: Talent Acquisition - Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lateral and Campus Hiring:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for both lateral and campus hiring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and networking events.
Manpower Planning and Budgeting:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop a comprehensive manpower plan.
- Prepare and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance.
Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure the best value and quality of service.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Implementing Strong Recruitment Processes and Best Practices:
- Design and implement robust recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.
Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Preferably an MBA
- Proven experience in project-based hiring.
- Strong background in telecom and manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
