Manager- Talent Acquisition ( Manufacturing Industry )
A renowned European MNC which is into the manufacturing industry, providing a full range of engineering services and solutions to its customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose hiring plans for various divisions.
- Work closely with all the internal and external stake-holders to ensure all the hiring needs are understood in terms of details and priorities.
- Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
- Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
- Remain compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM
- Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written.
- Good Excel/Presentation skills.
- Understanding on sourcing & market / competition.
