Manager Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing)

- You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities which include sourcing candidates from job boards, stakeholder management, vendor management, Market Intelligence, and ensuring good candidate experience while meeting targets are met in a given timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end to end recruitment for the assigned business unit that includes internal, external and campus hiring.

- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build robust hiring strategies that generate consistent and high-quality talent pool.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships and also drive continuous improvement with candidate and hiring manager experience, data analytics, productivity and planning.

- Proactively seeks out market intelligence and should be proactive in trying new methodologies, experiment, and innovation to solve the hiring challenges.

- Prepare sourcing strategy as per business requirements of the organization.

- Conduct competency-based interviews & psychometric tests.

- Manage complete Onboarding process which includes: pre - joining and post- joining formalities.

- Ensure that the business demands for resources are met within the budget and accepted timelines.

- To be adept in using all the sources to recruit - social media, portals, referrals, postings, mass recruitment drives, consultants etc.

- Stakeholder Management - build strong and credible relationships with and influence stakeholders.

Prepare HR Dashboards (including relevant analysis) for showcasing trends/ HR initiatives/ next course of actions.

- Responsible for market mapping and salary bench marking and attrition control analysis.

- Responsible for vendor development and coordination.

- Design, plan and execute employer branding strategy & activities.

- Lead the annual training needs analysis process and consolidate results & develop calendar and budget accordingly.

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide relevant reports.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources with 8-12 Years in a manufacturing industry with a reputed organization.

High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration.

2. Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs.

3. Excellent communication skills: the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.

4. Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment

Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
