Job Description :
Work closely with stakeholders to determine hiring needs of the organization
Provide expertise and thought leadership on successful talent acquisition
Effectively manage a team
Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies (including social media) for attracting talent with top-notch skills and the right personality
Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment teams - technology and non-technology
Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly
Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
Demonstrates innovative thinking and strategic orientation in the design and implementation of solutions
Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results-driven action items
Effective reporting and strong recruitment analytics
NOTE: This is a contract position for 6 months only.
Salary Offered : 11-20 LPA
