- Handling the entire Recruitment cycle, sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and placing qualified talent.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conducing phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
- Managing Campus interview - liaisoning with universities, colleges to hire trainees,etc
- Responsible for On boarding - Joining formalities & Induction of new employees.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
- Capability building through Learning and Development- L&D initiatives, plan, adherence and effectiveness, anchoring e-learning platform.
- Creation of MIS reports for updation to stakeholder on new hires and headcount tracking.
