SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Progressive experience in Campus Recruiting from top tier 1 & tier 2 colleges.
- Demonstrated success leading campus recruiting for a function at large scale in a fast-paced environment
- Experience executing on hiring plans and recruiting strategy
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Experience building and defining recruiting pipeline metrics and data
- Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally to drive results
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leading & Driving Campus Recruitment Process for various streams and Execution of Campus recruitment related activities
- Contributing in Campus branding initiatives
- Shaping, refining and creating campus recruitment strategy, ensuring relevance to business needs and changing market conditions.
- Good with stakeholder management, vendor management, and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Assess and predict workloads for the team and effectively load balance to ensure recruiters are able to work efficiently, strategically and bring speed to the business
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 2- 5 years of relevant experience (1+ years only in case of Top Tier Campus)
EDUCATION: Preferably B.Tech or MBA only
