- Identify the niche "hard to fill" roles which are regularly recruited (e.g. some tech and linguistic roles)
- Formulate a plan to actively talent pool target candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri and Referrals.
- Connect with hiring managers on regular intervals and understand the pain points of fulfilment.
- Establish business relationship with BU heads to have flow of information on hiring numbers in advance.
- Work with business leaders to identify key roles and put in place a strategy to identify potential replacement targets
- Create an Early Careers / University Hiring Plan
- Develop and execute a plan to present careers and internships
- Review process flows, both manual and automated to deliver improvements where possible.
- Key focus on manual workarounds in recruitment process and working closely with HR Ops to improve the paperwork process in onboarding new starters
- Own the negotiation, relationship with external providers, including initial contract preparation, agreeing operational SLAs.
