Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our retail business goals and objectives.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail locations, from sourcing and screening candidates to final job offer acceptance.

- Partner with our retail leaders to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate qualifications.

- Direct and lead the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that recruitment goals are met and candidates receive a positive experience.

- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives and practices that help build and maintain a diverse and inclusive retail workforce.

- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources and vendor including job boards, recruiting firms, and professional associations.

- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to detect trends, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws.

- Partner with the HR team to lead change management initiatives, assess workforce needs, and develop internal retail talent to meet business objectives.

- Manage HR administrative tasks such as employee documents, HR budget, etc. specifically for the Retail division.

Requirements:

- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven success in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and best practices for retail-specific roles.

- Experience managing and leading a team of recruiters for retail.

- Strong knowledge of the retail industry, job functions, and skills needed to support various retail positions.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR-related software commonly used in the retail industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and time management skills.

- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations related to hiring and affirmative action in the retail industry.
