KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- He / She should be an expertise in Recruitment/Bulk Hiring, Team Management, Stakeholder Management and Vendor Management.
- Experienced of exploring new & innovative ideas for meeting hiring numbers, process improvement initiatives, building relationships with senior management.
- Responsible for Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across market.
- Responsible for analyzing and formulating forward-thinking Recruitment Strategies and practices, in consultation with the management.
- Expertise in interacting with the leadership team on regular basis
- Experience managing Direct, Vendor, Portal, Referral & Campus hiring
- Must be a Key contributor in ITes hiring, niche skill hiring & High volume recruitment. Responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of robust recruitment and selection strategies, policies and procedures and delivered huge targets on time.
- Must have experience in Leading team of recruiters.
