Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the full life cycle hiring process
- Partner with Stakeholder to ensure adequate pipeline levels to meet current and anticipated demand
- Participate in and help drive diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce
- Build and maintain market intelligence knowledge base of competitive companies
- Utilize social media to market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates
- Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10+ yrs of extensive demonstrated technical recruiting experience. Must have experience in hiring for IT Services industry.
- Experience recruiting for technology /consulting/ emerging technology arena
