Role Introduction: Manager - Human Resource (I.T. Recruitments)

Preference shall be given to candidates who have spent all their professional stint until now in an IT organization (preferably with an overseas / global presence). Fluency in English is mandatory for the role.
Organization & Role Summary:
1. The client is an UK based MNC with global footprints with clientele ranging from IT services, outsourcing, financial services, education, travel, software, sport and media domains, globally.
2. This client is an IT service giant who acquire customers sustainably, forever through harnessing their clients' 1st party data and the power of machine learning and technology.
3. The client invests more than just funds; they invest knowledge and experience, ideas and infrastructure.
4. Their product delivers the most precise, independent measurement of marketing activities.
5. Their corporate office is in "Mumbai". The role needs candidates to "Work from Home" initially (depending upon Covid impact), however will be required to join their office at Mumbai at a later date. Candidates hence, from Mumbai / Pune or adjoining to Mumbai are highly preferred for the role. Preference shall be given to candidates currently based at Mumbai and within a comfortable vicinity of Andheri.
7. Offered CTC: Up to INR 14 - 18 Lakhs Per Annum.

Role Requisites:
1. Minimum 8 - 12 years of hiring exposure is a must, with the past six years into mandatory IT recruitments in India, and specializing in technology/IT hiring across levels. Fluency (Highly proficient), in English, is a must.
2. Strong experience in using search strings on various platforms and not limited to LinkedIn & Naukri, but also includes channels like "Referrals", "Indeed", "Hirist", "IIM JOBS", etc..
2. Prior expertise on working with an ATS.
2. Great prioritization skills and ability to juggle with multiple roles without influencing the priority and criticality of any of the mandates.
